Jessica M. Shead
Financial Sales Manager II, First Citizens Bank
My name is Jessica Shead. I am 34 years old and a Financial Sales Manager with First Citizens Bank. I have been married for almost 12 years and we have a daughter named Morgan and 2 fur babies! I have worked here for almost 14 years and have had many roles throughout my career here. I currently manage a team of 6 associates and work at our N. Pleasantburg Drive location. A big part of my job is going out to meet new people and small business owners and tell them about First Citizens and why we are such a great bank! I am a volunteer with Junior Achievement. I love being able to go in to various schools to talk to kids from 1stgrade to 12th about financial literacy, career preparedness, and how the decisions they make now impact their lives for years to come.
Liz Conroy
Palmetto Proactive
I am a Polymer Chemist graduate from the University of Florida. I started my Career with Milliken in 1999 and enjoyed several roles in the plant, supply chain management, chemical sales/business development, and Global Product Line Management for Milliken Chemical. I quit working in 2006 to raise for children born in 4 years. They are now 12, 10, 10, and 8. I worked with special needs preschool children part time from Aug 2015 to May 2016. I then began working for Palmetto Proactive Healthcare in Business Development in August 2016. My hobbies include running, hiking, and camping with family. I enjoy helping others in my job as well as my community by being involved at my children’s schools and nonprofits.
On a side note, I lost both my parents during my career at Milliken in their early 50s just 6 months apart. It really showed me how important your health is and with that loss, my life changed forever. God, family, and health are what means the most to me. I prioritize everything I do around this both personally and professionally. I so enjoy working for Dr. Aya-ay. It was meant to be.
